Kelly Benamati has a global blog group on Facebook calledThe Power of You where she and others from around the world post health related topics, inspirational information, relationship building, motivational posts, posts that bring awareness to special topics, family related topics, anything that helps to educated others, and pertinent information where one person has significantly made a difference. All topics that are passionate to her in helping others believe that there is power in just one individual and they can change absolutely everything with their actions, words, prayers and love.
Retreats
Dr. Chris Frykman and his girlfriend, a functional medicine expert in her own right, was knocked on her butt with a diagnosis of breast cancer. It was a long and rocky road but one of the amazing things that was born from it was Habitat Retreats. They literally change lives in one intense healing week. They pluck people from the environment they are living in and create a completely new experience for them outside and inside their bodies. They help others question their stressful thoughts & create new thought patterns, they receive multiple treatmetns a day, chiropractic, massage and more. People are exposed to multiple healing modalities and of course a tailored fitness program. They do this in the beautiful rocky mountains about Boulder, CO then they teach others how to implemetn it all back home.
Podcasts
Dr. Frykman has founded the Podcast "Vibrant Potential" found on iTunes. It was born as a way to integrate what he knows, loves and practices with his patients as well as information from other leading experts in the various health fields such as nutrition, fitness, emotional wellness, detox and much more. Vibrant Potential allows him to share from his heart on topics that really change him. People's Vibrant Potential.
